Prices & duties

All countries within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Countries outside of the European Union are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.

Discount codes

Discount codes are to be used by the intended recipient. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. www.fuckinbastardzonline.com retains the right to withdraw or extend offers and promotions at any time. Discounts cannot be added retrospectively to an order.

Returns & exchanges

If you receive a wrong or faulty garment, we will take full responsibility and either refund in full or ship a replacement out to you at our expense.

We do not refund sale/discounted items. Sale/discounted items can be exchanged or a credit note given.

Unless the reason for return is the fault of the supplier, www.fuckinbastardzonline.com does not cover the postage cost of the return

Items must be returned to us in perfect unworn condition and in original packaging. We recommend items be returned by registered of recorded post, as we cannot be held liable for items not received.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, PayPal account or as store credit. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days from the day we receive your order back. Returned items that are being returned for a monetary refund not exchanged goods or a credit note will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.

Quality guarantee

If an item is received is classified as faulty in any way or was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.If items have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us.
